Agni Warming Therapy is a classical Ayurvedic / Eastern healing technique that involves the burning of mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. Modern techniques include the use if infra-red warming devices applied to marma points and regions of the body. Agni Warming has been used throughout India and Asia for thousands of years and frequently combined with other Ayurvedic / Eastern healing arts. The purpose of Agni Warming, as with most forms of Ayurvedic Pranic Therapy, is to strengthen the agni and blood, stimulate the flow of prana, and maintain or improve general health and well-being.
